Who we are

This website is operated by Esports County Media & Marketing Solutions Private Limited (“Esports County”), headquartered in India.

What we collect

Browsing this site does not require an account, and the site sets no cookies. We only receive personal information that you choose to send us:

• Contact form: your name, email address and message, and optionally your phone number, organisation, country, budget range and timeline. We use them to reply to you and to manage our relationship with you.
• Estrella form: your name, email address and a few words about your tournament, and optionally your organisation, country, timeline and phone number. We use them the same way as the contact form.
• Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, location, CV and anything else you add. We use them to assess you for the role you applied for and similar roles.
• Email and phone: if you email or call us, the details you share, used the same way.

Only the team members responsible for that kind of request can see your message or application. We record which version of this notice you agreed to.

Spam protection

Our forms use a privacy-friendly spam check that runs a short calculation in your browser. It sets no cookies and involves no third-party service. To limit abuse we store a one-way, daily-changing code derived from your IP address instead of the address itself, and for at most two days one-way codes of your IP address and email address to count how many messages were sent.

Email and WhatsApp messages

When you contact us or apply for a role, we normally send you a confirmation by email (if your browser has JavaScript turned off, the spam check cannot run and we reply in person instead). If you tick the WhatsApp box on the contact form, we also send a confirmation and updates about your inquiry on WhatsApp, delivered through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. Reply STOP at any time to stop WhatsApp messages, or START to resume them.

How long we keep it

• Messages identified as spam: deleted after 30 days.
• Contact form messages: deleted 24 months after we receive them.
• Job applications and CVs: deleted 12 months after we receive them.

Deletion is automatic. Our encrypted backups are overwritten on a rolling basis, so deleted information disappears from them within six months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Service providers

We run this website and its automations on servers we manage. We use an email delivery provider to send emails and, if you opt in, Meta to deliver WhatsApp messages. They process your information only to deliver those messages.

Technical data

Our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to identify visitors.

Visitor statistics

We count page visits with Umami, an analytics tool that runs on our own servers, uses no cookies and does not track you across other websites. It honours your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting. To work out your approximate location (such as the country), browser, device type and language, and to tell repeat visits apart, it uses your IP address and the details your browser sends; it does not store your IP address. We also measure how quickly pages load (for example, how long the main image takes to appear) together with the page address, a device size category and whether the 3D scene was shown. These measurements contain no identifiers or IP addresses and are deleted after 90 days.

Settings kept on your device

If you press “Pause motion”, your browser remembers that choice in its own storage on your device. It is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you have shared with us, or withdraw your consent, by writing to business@esportscounty.com.
